Staff Qualifications
- 24/7 on-site supervision by compassionate and highly trained staff members
- Mandatory comprehensive background checks (BCI/FBI) for all employees before hire
- Staff trained and certified in CPR, First Aid, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NVCI)
- Specialized training on trauma-informed care, dignity in service delivery, and resident rights protections
- Ongoing professional development in areas such as de-escalation techniques, mental health first aid, and wellness support
- Annual competency evaluations to ensure up-to-date best practices in supportive living care

Meet the Team
Our multidisciplinary team includes Residential Support Specialists, Life Skills Coaches, Transportation Coordinators, Facility Managers, and Administrative Support Personnel. Each plays a critical role in creating the supportive, structured environment McBride is known for. We are proud to maintain staffing levels that meet and often exceed state standards for residential mental health care.
